Well I'm half Irish.. so just wanted to check. 
I'm selling a property in the South of Ireland in mid/late Jan. Hopefully this graph will continue for a bit yet! But knowing my luck it will probably be back to normal by then.

Afraid I can't until the project is in Beta. At the moment we're on target for that being sometime between 19th and 26th.
As far as the ú25 being a legitimate investment, I will say their will be winners and losers.. and also that it's taken over 3 months to workout the legals for the project. 
Anyway.. I will make a note to post in oope when it's live.

It's not a scam.
It does however skirt around some legislation that has nearly zero case law at present, hence our nightmare getting the lawyers to sign-off the T's and C's.

Yes I'm bitter. I have to live with this all the bloody time.
We need an English parliment to be honest. Then we can abolish the parliment and use a quorum voting system of the two parliments (English and Scottish) and associated assemblies (Welsh and Northern Irish) to decide what to do. No voting twice for the scot's MPs anymore!
